Project Overview :
The Passivhaus project, planned to complete in 2027, is expected to see the historic school relocated from its current constrained site on Glasgow Road to a new plot on nearby Renfrew Road. Key features of the new campus will include a new community space and café.
The new Paisley Grammar School Community Campus will be built on land formerly used by the Chivas Brothers whiskey manufacturer.
