Project Overview :
This is the first of its kind in Spain to achieve the Passivhaus Plus certification. The building is designed to be a reference model for students learning about energy efficiency and sustainability, making them participants in the building’s energy cycles and processes. Among the project highlights, outside is especially significant the development of a spectacular façade among the trees in the garden. This infinite imaginary landscape unfolds across the building, blurring it and making it disappear. The communal space is connected to the terrace garden, facilitating interaction with the outside when weather permits.
